Managing knowledge @ Work: A
guide for the public sector
Executive Management Practice is key to ensuring the
successful management of knowledge @ work – so how do
we manage knowledge @ work?
This is a very specific course aimed at providing
participants with an in-depth overview of managing and
maintaining organizational information and knowledge
across the business or department – in essence it is a
two day structured course that seeks to identify ways
of managing knowledge that are unique and specific to
each individual organisation.
The two day course also provides participants with a
set of tools and techniques that allow them to
identify key knowledge assets, identify single and
multiple knowledge repositories and infrastructures to
store, manage and re-use information and knowledge.
