SansGov trades as Sanseman Pty and is registered in the Commonwealth of Australia. In New Zealand SansGov trades as Sanseman Limited.

SansGov is governed by laws in both its country of domicile, Australia, and all other nations where SansGov operates as an entity in whole or in part.

SansGov has a two-tiered board structure The first takes the form of a standard Board of Directors that meets once a quarter. The second takes the form of an Advisory Board. This Advisory Board consists of five members each of whom has a government background in a specific field of interest to SansGov. The Advisory Board meets once a month to advise on strategy, trends and directions within local, national, regional and global government sectors.

In working with governments we seek to abide by laws that reflect the need to secure and keep private the information and data we gather. SansGov complies with State and National Privacy Laws in the countries it operates in and voluntarily participates in programs that reflect sound corporate governance and reporting procedures.

Importantly SansGov is politically agnostic and remains so at all times. We work to advise governments and the civil services through a series of recommendations and briefings that provide a range of prioritised and structured options. SansGov supports good governance in all of its forms and has an excellent track record in regard to transparency and disclosure.

It is fundamental to understand that SansGov, and all SansGov representatives, undertake to protect and acknowledge client confidentiality in all of its forms.
